Custom configurations are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

OverGard products are designed for DIY assembly. We recommend consulting a professional for installations requiring structural alterations. OverGard is not liable for damages caused by improper assembly.

 

2.4 Promoted or Special Products:

Payments must be made in full before orders are processed. We accept Mobicred, EFT, Mastercard, Visa and Zapper.

If payment fails or is reversed, your order will not be processed.

Ownership of goods transfers to you upon full payment and delivery.

 

4.4 Third-Party Couriers and Offloading:

OverGard uses third-party courier services for deliveries. It is the client's responsibility to arrange offloading at the delivery location. OverGard is not liable for any damages or delays caused during offloading.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

Custom orders and items are not eligible for return or refund.
